There is a beautiful apparition of Venus in our far west Texas morning sky.Over the next few days the planet Venus will dive through the Horns of the great bull Taurus and passing near the 14th brightest star in the sky Aldebaran or Alpha Tauri. Also grouping up in the constellation of Taurus with Venus is the bright planet Mars which is to the right side, and slightly below the Pleiades,Seven Sisters, a bright open star cluster. This is a very amazing sight in our morning sky and will be of interest to watch over the next few day. Thomas - do you sleep much? You have to be getting up pretty early for these pictures. Thanks!

Snill The early bird gets the worm.No I do not sleep a lot, more like cat naps.Staying in bed long periods is just to painful.Plus to do astronomy one must be awake at night. Thomas the Flash
