Is it wrong to see a little humor in this (the would-be jumper survived okay)? I think that "passer-by" was a firm believer in the phrase "sh*t or get off the pot."

I read something where the passer-by didn't think this guy and his problems should have tied up traffic for that length of time

apparently, if you are gonna have problems such that you'd consider suicide there, you'd best be aware of the risks of outside help
